This camera has a good resolution and frame rate for this price point. It’s a great improvement over the older Seek camera with a lighting connector that I used to own. If you plan to take pictures about a half a foot away from your target object, you might want to also purchase the “Nano Thermal Camera Macro Lens“ too. The default focus is for a room instead of close objects. The picture looks fuzzy without the lens for close objects. The app is perfectly fine for my needs. It’s simple to use, and it’s easy to permanently disable that stupid Seek advertising watermark on the pictures taken with the camera. I appreciate the automatic temperature scale on the images. It’s easy to get a spot temperature, and the high/low points. No issues were observed when I used it.

Works as advertised. One of the best phone attachable thermal cameras. Not the easiest to use and I'm always a bit concerned about fragility when I plug it in due to the lever on the USB C plug, but it works. Very helpful to look for leaks in the home, compare thermally insulated cups, and otherwise being a menace to the wife.

The only Thermal camera I have found that actually works on Apple iPhones and Android phones both. It performs great, has lots of options in the settings and is priced very affordably which makes it a terrific value. I now have the ability to inspect my solar power systems for possible issues as well as checking my house for thermal leaks and much much more. This camera is super easy to use, and it is so small that you can just toss it in your pocket and have it with you anywhere, I would suggest putting it in something to protect it, but it is super small. It is a great tool to have around and I highly recommend it. It gets and deserves 5 stars.

The Seek Thermal works fine, especially for the price. It accurately gauges temperature, and I've been taking "still" pictures with it. I would prefer to use the video, but the refresh rate seems a little limited for it to truly be useful as a video. I'm not sure if it is the camera or my iPhone 14Pro. The only other thing I'd mention is that it would be cool if the one device worked for both an iPhone and an Android with the ability to switch the connection. I know it can be done because there are videos of people soldiering connections on their cameras to make it work - so why not do it in-factory to make it a more universal device?

Pretty good for a phone add-on thermal camera! Sensor is native 320x240, which the highest real resolution I’ve seen on these types of cameras (other advertise higher, but if you look at the product info, it’s a 256x192 sensor that is upscaled). Has a nice FOV, roughly akin to a 35mm full-frame lens, or about 1.5x in phone camera terms The app can be a bit buggy sometimes, such as not recognizing the camera when plugged in(making you unplug and replug it a few times), and saving horizontal images to Apple Photos without rotating them properly. And I do wish there was an option to get the image at sensor resolution instead of upscaled. But the app does have a large selection of palettes and overlays, plus an option to disable all overlays if you want (fun when you want to use this for photography rather than sampling temperatures)

It works and is small and very light. No case, which is annoying. The app is very, very basic. If you are used to even an old FLIR hand-held model, you'll really notice the lack of functions here. The specs claim accuracy is +/- 5 degrees which is pretty terrible. Good for relative measurements. It read the temp of a metal case off by 10 degrees. It pauses and clicks a lot, which is annoying. All-in-all, it's a very basic unit with some kinks.

Smaller than expected, but perfect size to fit into your pocket. Works as intended and quick to show up on the phone when plugging in. Very nice quality.

I bought this on sale for a great price for which it's hard to complain! This product works great! Its very tiny, which i love! The only thing I dont like is how easily it will pick up things like reflections in a window. It can see my heat sensor through a window when trying to look outside, so you just can't see outside because of it. Iv scared the crap out of myself many times attempting to do this because all of a sudden I see my own heat signature. My dog went to the backroom outside and 10 minutes later in the dark I used this outside and could pinpoint exactly where from a good 20 yards away. If you look at my photos, the one of the person is from about 25 yards away in pitch black. If you are inside and walk, and then aim it where you walked, you can perfectly see your footprints even minutes later! 1 thing that I wish though is that it came with a case. Size is so small it could be easy to lose and im worried about scratching the lens. Overall, VERY cool camera!

Werkt heel vlot op mijn IPhone 16 en op de Samsung A15 van mijn vriendin. Beeldkwaliteit zeer behoorlijk voor de prijs.

Fonctionne très bien et la résolution est bonne. À noter que cette caméra fonctionne aussi bien sur iOS que sur Android. Le vendeur est réactif en cas de problème. Je recommande.

The sensor itself is super cool, you can see your own reflection in the glass or metal surface. Frame rate is also stable, but it depends on cellphone and drains cellphone battery a bit. Temperature measurement is only accurate when the camera itself is at room temperature, so outside in winter you can get -8 Celsius when it's obviously above zero. Looking afar has acceptable range, spotting human in around 50m away. If there's some modification that can change the focus to farther away, then it will be a lot better. Connection to android is slow, but it can be fixed by selecting the phone as the master device, while by default the phone is the slave device when connected to unknown socket.
