Great inexpensive indoor camera. We have three in our home one in each of our grandbabies rooms and one pointing outside to watch the dogs. The camera provides a clear view. It does move as needed, but does have some limitations as it does not provide a 360 view up and down it does provide a good view side to side.

So far, so good. I installed it today and it was pretty easy. Make sure you are near the device so it can connect easily. I bought it to watch over my dog bc it has been very hot and unfortunately the house is not insulated so it gets really hot. Got her a fan. So I want to keep an eye on her to see if the fan works and make sure she doesn’t over heat. It does require a subscription for playback. It has various options which I didn’t know. I ended up getting the plus 10.99$ but changed it to the pet view 6.99$. So make sure to look at the subscriptions before making a choice. I thought I only had 3 options until I started playing with it. Also, to share the camera with another person, you have to go to the camera settings and have the person scan the QR code. There’s no log in. Overall I am happy w it.

Great security camera for the price! It’s doing exactly what we wanted for our peace of mind at the cabin. We use it primarily to check on the temperature while we are not there to make sure our pipes don’t freeze in the winter. We have the camera facing the inside thermostat and a night light, which lets us know if the power is out. This was super easy to set up, thumbs up for that! It’s a great purchase…we are very happy we choose this one.

The reason for the low rating is the app, CareCam Pro, and the total lack of support. If you want to view the camera when you're away from home, this is the only way you can do it. If this describes your intended use, DON'T buy it. There is no support - only "we're busy".....but here's an ad to try and sell you something... I'm very disappointed, because other than that it was good. Unfortunately since the app is the only way to really view or use the camera, it's a non starter. The camera was of good quality. The setup was easy. Downloading the app and installation was easy. Interfacing on initial setup was easy. I had 2 cameras - good pic quality, sound and microphone were ok as well. The camera panned left to right, and up and down. Really worked well. The night vision was particularly good - actually impressive. 34 days after setup and use - without incident - I tried to pull my views up from work on my OnePlus 12. The app had erased all my information. No cameras - and tried to get me to do "initial setup". It has a "scan" feature to allow you to supposedly turn bluetooth on and connect that way - but that function does NOT work. I was not able to get anywhere with it. I tried support - and as mentioned, "we're busy" - but it had no problem serving me up an add trying to sell me something. I tried the chat feature in the app for support. That's all I got for 3 hours. Because I'm a caregiver for a family member which is the primary reason I bought these, I can't be playing games with an app that's garbage - I wasn't going to have to do this every few weeks, and I wasn't going to be without support. So these are literally in the trash at this point, and I'll have to find another camera that will provide reliable service.
