This product worked immediately on day one for me! I take one pill per day and on day one I felt the difference. In the beginning, I felt strong urges to evacuate my system. This feeling happened for about a week before my body got used to it. Now that my body is used to it, I don’t feel strong urges to use the bathroom and my bathroom visits are regular again. I wanted to try it because of how bloated I constantly felt and now the bloat has gotten better, I feel lighter and cleaner. I 100% recommend! I honestly tried this product out of sheer desperation, while absolutely feeling cynical and doubtful about its effectiveness from the beginning….only to be proven wrong to doubt it!!! I rarely leave reviews, but this product has prompted me to want to do so. I have been experiencing very noticeable body odor issues since entering perimenopause, which has to be caused by higher than normal cortisol levels. I mean, the oniony bromhidrosis type of odors. Ick! I have never had BO issues in the slightest, even when I worked outdoors doing landscaping in the summer heat for years. The cortisol sweat does not come to play, and is rude af. I started taking this around a week and a half ago, and I kid you not, it’s knocked my BO down to nothing! I still use a clinical strength antiperspirant nightly to be safe, but so far this stuff is a miracle for me! I never would’ve believed it would be effective, but it’s awesome and definitely worth a try if you are dealing with persistent stress sweats!!

It works but at what cost I wanted to wait to give a honest review so here is what has happened so far, it does work for smell my underarms smell like nothing i don’t sweat as much either and its been great in that department the bad is It has consitpated me so bad I had to take laxatives twice now and I have these awful stomach cramps that feel almost like im starving but Im not and it just hurts. So yes It works but there are side affects
