Shoulders Off... Literally!
Size was correct based on measurements but... it was off. Two areas of concern were: the Shoulders weren't made right and they kept falling and/or not staying up in the normal position (this was not a dress made to be off shoulder). No matter what I tried I felt that I could not wear it to a wedding and be comfortable in it by constantly pulling at the shoulders. The other issue was it was very low in the back. Not terribly low but enough that I felt my bra in the back would be showing. The other issue was the sequins kept falling off even while "carefully" trying it on/even upon taking it out of the box. I don't think they were really sewn on. It was one of my favorites as a choice but just to much hassle with the shoulders and back for comfort! Color; darker.

Neck too loose
Overall, I liked this dress but the neckline made me crazy. It kept slipping off one shoulder or the other. You might be able to pin it to your bra strap, but I knew it would drive me crazy, so I returned it. Otherwise, it was a beautiful blue dress.
