Do the weight plates feel like they're well attached to the handle when in use?

Yes, the dumbbells are very sturdy, and feel safe during use.

Why is the handle of my dumbbell unable to lock the weight plates in place?

Please ensure that you rotate the handle to the correct number position to avoid this situation.

How's the quality on the adjustment slider?

The slider is made to withstand heavy use, and functions smoothly.

My package was damaged during transportation, and the dumbbell was also damaged. How should I handle this?

Please take photos of the damaged outer packaging and the product itself and then send it to us. Once we have confirmed the issue, we can provide you with a replacement or compensation.

I ordered a pair of dumbbells, why did I only receive one?

Your order may be shipped in two separate packages. Please be patient and wait for the additional package to arrive.
