SHAPERMINT Bras for Women, Full Coverage Wirefree Bralette with Support

I really like this bra so far! I wore this all day and it was as comfortable as my sports bra more loungey style bra. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support this wireless bra provides and I am on the busty side. It’s soft, comfy, and the packaging and sticker sets are cute! I am a 36D and went with a L and it fit perfectly.

My bust measures 32, and my under bust is 29, which makes me a 32 C and a size small in this brand. But forget about the numbers – I’m writing this review for all the uniquely shaped ladies out there. I'm a petite, slender 70-year-old, no back fat but the skin sags. According to the numbers I’m a 32 C. But few bras fit well because I have Pectus Carinatum - a congenital chest-wall condition where the breastbone and ribs grow outward, making a prominent bulge at the ribs. This is a close cousin of Pectus Excavatum, and I have features of that, as well. This makes finding a bra to fit difficult because standard bra cups and band shapes don’t contour well to the competing boney rib bulge and sunken void. Bras tend to gap, put pressure on the prominent rib and the straps/band simply don’t sit correctly. In my case the prominent rib bone sits directly under my left breast, and it measures larger than my under-bust band. Fitting to the band causes pain to the rib. Fitting to the rib causes gaps and a saggy fit overall. A full coverage bra works best to help even out the high and lows. But, on a small frame, most full coverage bras are overwhelming. They come up way too high and need more volume that I have to offer. Lots of air space. So that’s the situation. And now the good news: this bra is a very good fit. And super comfy. It addresses all the issues I mentioned. It sits well, no pain on the rib, covers the voids without excess air space, and provides enough coverage without overwhelming my chest. The wide band is comfy. It’s a winner right out of the package. This is probably my millionth attempt at finding a bra (no joke, check my Amazon returns!) so, you can imagine my happiness. Which is why I bothered with all the gory details. I look for this type of info when I shop on Amazon, so I thought I’d return the favor. I hope my review will help others with their search. PS: I immediately ordered more.

I'm writing a review, even though I'm returning this bra, in the hopes that it's helpful for other customers like me. It is NOT for bigger boobs. I'm a 36K (US), which is a very annoying size to be, and I'm desperate for something that will hold my boobs in place when I'm doing low-impact activities, like sitting at my home-desk and being on video calls. Wires are just not comfortable for sitting in all day. I've reached an age where I just want them to be in the proximity of my chest, instead of on my lap (or resting on my stomach), and I value comfort over appearance. I tried the 2XL, knowing the band would be too big even at its tightest (it very much was), in the hopes that the boob-coverage would make up for it (it did not, at all). BUT... it's very soft material, and it feels very nice on. I *wish* it fit. The quality looks and feels great. For anyone wondering: the boobs have a thinnish, round-shaped padding (which I personally don't like, but would have lived with if it fit) that doesn't seem to be removable. This size has four hooks - a lot, too many in my opinion. I think three would have been fine, but again not a dealbreaker. The straps are soft and comfortable, and not hideously wide - a nice width. I do wish it had fit, because it did feel really nice. But alas, not even close to large enough, which is reasonable - they don't claim it will be. Worth saying again, though: great quality.

It fits well, though, I had to down size to get a better fit around chest & cup size. But I always have this issue with any bra line. Well built with clean pads seemed into the bra for good support. It is wireless. Liked them very much. I do recommend it.

I wouldn't consider this bra to be adequately supportive unless you are smaller-breasted. Bigger-breasted women may find it lacking, and it hurts the shoulders after a full day. It's definitely full coverage. The material is soft. For me, it's a good bra for under a T-shirt while hanging out at home, but not for all-day support while at work. Glamorise Magic Lift bra is great for support but isn't as soft as this bra's material. So for me, this bra is what I consider a good T-shirt bra on my day off. I will keep it for that use.

After wearing and washing this bra, my honest review is it’s fabulous. I remember my mother’s friends in their sixties saying “it’s no underwire for me. It’s now all about comfort”. Well that may be true but, when buying a bra, I expect the same uplift and support as my favorite Fantasie wire bras. I was seeking comfort and support like my workout bras but to wear under tshirts and this is the one. I bought it here, on Amazon knowing that if the fit was wrong I could return without hassle. I’m glad I did because Shapermint’s sizing is inaccurate. I was told to buy medium according to their chart and returned the medium and glad I tried small. The difference for me was same cup size but a more snug fitting band which gives excellent lift. I like this one so much, I bought a 2 pack after wearing this one. I’ve tried all the wireless bras out there and not only is this reasonably priced but, it’s made with breathable fabric unlike other competitors that cost double. I never thought I would go on board with wireless but, I highly recommend!

I'm sorry, but I overlooked this one for the longest because I did not believe the hype. I already found another brand that I like which is comfortable but the straps tend to drop off my shoulders meaning I'm fishing in my shirt at work--not a professional look. I've put this one in my cart, taken it out, put it back in, on repeat until finally the sale price was just too good to pass up. It arrived today, I love it, it feels like nothing, I ordered 4 more. The best part are the straps. In a spirit of too much information, I have a nice squishy set of side boobs so they're bigger and have more mass than you'd think on first glance. Most bras push those together but, at my age, they don't always *stay* together. And, it's not super comfortable to be squished all day. I've compensated over the years by ordering up on band size a size or two. That does help by spreading out the cups a bit wider but then you get the falling straps. This style is more like a super soft tank with built-in cups. The straps are wider, the sides come up higher under the armpits. Nothing falls out or gets left behind. And the band doesn't dig in or bind. I can see where this might not work for every shape or size but it's spot on for my aging shape and configuration. One big point. On the size chart, I measure at a medium/maybe large. For comfort and the above mentioned issues, I usually buy large for this type of bra. This time, I bought XL and it's perfect. When they say size up, they mean it. For reference, I'm 5'6", 148 lbs, 34/36 B or C depending. I usually order a 38 C for comfort. This XL is just right.

Cup fits the girls but too large around and not snug enough. I have DDD girls and it’s hard to find the right fit unless buying by exact size instead of generic sizes that fit a large range.

Found this very comfortable, plenty of hooks for various fittings, would recommend.

As a plus size large breasted woman I wanted to a non wired bra and had seen these online and thought I'd give it a go. I wasn't expecting it to be any good but I was pleasantly surprised, has good support and sooo comfortable.

I LOVE shapemint bras. They fit exactly like it says. No digging wires and I go all day without having to fidget with my bra!! Try it ladies...

Very good bras. The fabric is soft and there is no tags and no wires so feels super comfy. Also the straps are large so doesn't mark your skin. The pads are included in the fabric and do not come off. It come with an extension the same color for around the bust. I found that the V shape is deep enough to fit most shirts. The support is good but it will not push up your boobs, just keep them in place. It's not tight at all like a sports bra. I have bought 3 and wash them at least once a week and so far( a few months in) they keep their shape very well if you hang them to dry (no dryer).

Love the comfort and lack of wire in these bras. So comfortable it doesn’t feel like your wearing one! So good in fact I got one in white and black. So glad they come with detachable extenders for the back as it is difficult to buy the exact size when you are on the larger side. I have recommended to friends.
