When blended in dry format, it last quite an extended time. It aids for menstrual pain, headache. The taste is an adjustment,but more than worth it.

Update they are the same I just forgot to boil the water first in my application. Same excellent quality. New packaging is the only issue. Thanks! This is my second purchase. These are not the same anymore. They even smell different so I’m wondering if this was a waste of money and I don’t actually have any fenugreek seeds in my smoothies and hair products currently. Also the packaging is set up for failure now. Like they want you to spill these everywhere everytime you use them. Spent more on a box than just keeping the bag resealable?? Will buy elsewhere from now on.
