This electrolytes powder drink is decent. It tastes pretty good, and is sugar-free, so that is a big plus. However, I wouldn't say that it is a particularly great source of anything other than Vitamin C. The ingredients list shows the vitamin contents, and to me it isn't really super impressive; especially for this price point. Its like some middle ground between supplement and tasty fruit drink, but personally I'd usually rather just take a post-workout or pre-workout with more useful ingredients, that tend to cost less than this. Or just a multivitamin, even one in powdered form, if I'm looking for a range of vitamins. Maybe I'm missing the point of "electrolyte" drinks, because I'm just not seeing the health benefits. This might just be my personal issue though, so I can't really blame the product. I just don't plan on ordering more of it.

Recently, I picked this electrolyte powder up as I am a diabetic and wanted a sugar-free alternative to Gatorade. I like to go hiking and off-road motor biking, and having electrolytes is a must, as you burn a lot of calories and need to replace the electrolytes that you sweat out. That being said, this powder works just like any Gatorade where you pour the powder in at the water and mix, and the taste is pretty great as well. There’s no foul aftertaste, and it taste like a premixed lemonade, just like it’s supposed to. I feel like the value for your money is pretty comparable to what you’d spend on Gatorade, and the quality seems to be there in both flavor and what you pay. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and I will definitely pick some more up.

This sports drink is honestly great! It's a really good vegan-friendly option with solid electrolytes, and it's super easy to use. Perfect for runners. Will be ordering other flavors!
