Very bright, high quality, and compact
Great strobing emergency lights with aluminum case. Too bad I couldn't use them as trailer lights.

Bright, Red, but Directional light
These red LEDs are fairly bright but are also very directional. That means that you can be seen from a long ways off, but only if viewing the LEDs head-on. The light falloff is quite immediate moving to the sides of these LEDs, so be sure to mount them somewhere that traffic is likely to view them directly. The included wiring pigtail is adequate, and the installation hardware is functional. The LEDs work down to about 8.5v and up to 12v, so you have some range to play with. The flash patterns are basic, but usable.
