Hunger/Stopped Works good
I think it does a good job of curving my hunger in the morning. I take it in the morning because I am doing the 12-8 diet. I will tell you this it helps curve the hunger and I definitely can tell the difference in the days when I forget to take it. I only do it in the morning! It works!

Frequent bathroom trips
Honestly I’ve attempted to take this product on several occasions and every time I end up with stomach cramps and running back and forth to the bathroom. It didn’t curb my appetite or provide any extra energy. Sorry Mark I gave it a try on separate occasions and it’s just not working to me.

Really is working for me!!
I recently started taking this product. It has suppressed my hunger. I also feel it has been helping me lose weight. I don’t think it has given me any extra energy. But I am still happy with the product due to the other results that I am having. My husband didn’t have any result from the product. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. So I guess the results vary person to person. I do recommend this product.

Easy to take, works well in support.
These really helped suppress hunger and build up energy. When I was taking them daily with my meals for over 30 days I noticed significant support and helped me achieve a 8-10lbs weight loss. You need a good diet to go hand and hand with this product but I definitely think it works well.

Did nothing at all
I did not feel a thing from these. Would not buy again and would like a refund please. I have tried various supplements, these honestly were probably the least effective I ever bought. And yes I followed the directions.
