Fantastic product.
This is working great for me and my son. Really recomend to anyone with fibromyalgia as helps with muscles. Great for sleep too and has cut my sons headaches by 75% occurrence rate.

Helps but dries the skin
It does help to reduce legs tiredness , but I don’t know why it is called Magnesium oil , as there is no oil in the ingredients and it dries my skin very badly. Not going to buy again.

Reduces joint pain
This product does seem to help muscle/joint pain. I am recovering from a fractured humerus and my shoulder can still be painful, this oil has reduced the pain.

I read about this online I don't use it for restless legs but I just want it to absorb so I spray it on every night and I must say I do sleep much better

I must admit it does help me to sleep and help with other conditions like anxiety less stress. I’d recommend if you put it on the soles of your feet put some thin socks on.
