I’ve been using the TOPWIT Hot Pot Electric with Steamer for about six months now, and I wanted to share my experience. I usually bring this pot to the office since I work full time, and it has made preparing lunch very convenient. The pot heats up quickly, which saves a lot of time during busy workdays. I often cook simple meals like noodles, rice, vegetables, or hot pot at noon, and it works efficiently every time. The size is perfect for personal use, and the non-stick surface makes cleaning easy after meals. Overall, it’s very practical for office use and daily cooking. After half a year of use, it still works well and feels reliable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a compact and convenient electric pot for quick meals.

I want to start by saying I loved this hot pot. It quickly became one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I used it for mac and cheese, grilled cheese (seriously the best I’ve ever had), tortellini, and even reheated leftovers like pizza and burritos—everything cooked perfectly and evenly. The pot heats quickly, cleans easily, and the included silicone spatula was a nice touch. Unfortunately, after about a week of regular use, I ran into a serious safety concern. On one use, after boiling noodles, I tilted the pot to drain them and noticed a large puddle of murky water had formed beneath it. I discovered that water had seeped inside the appliance between the inner metal pot and the outer plastic casing. There’s no seal between the two layers, so when tilting the pot to pour something out, water can accidentally get inside—very risky for an electric appliance. As someone who is very careful with my kitchen gadgets, especially those that shouldn't get wet, I was alarmed. I didn’t feel safe using it again, even after drying it out. That said, I have to commend TopWit’s customer service. I contacted them directly, explained the issue, and not only did they issue me a full refund within 24 hours, they also said they were escalating the matter to higher management to investigate further. That kind of response speaks volumes about the company and their commitment to customer safety. I truly hope this issue gets resolved, because otherwise this pot was everything I wanted. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 1 because of how much I loved it before the issue, and because of the excellent customer service. But I do want to warn others—be careful when draining or tilting the pot, and keep an eye out for internal water buildup. If this gets fixed in future models, I’d definitely consider buying from TopWit again.

Works great so far! Bought this for a 2 week work trip and so far its cooked everything from rice to various cuts of meat and pasta. I will say I dont think this product will last for an extended period of time but for the price point I can't complain. The build quality seems sturdy enough between the handle to the pot. I will say be careful when cleaning, water could find its way between the shell and pot and seep down to the heating element. The included spatula is very nice and easy to clean. The non stick coating on the pot makes for super easy cleanup. I mainly used the number 1 heat setting and it was plenty to get water boiling and cook meat without smoking up a small hotel room. Overall im completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone traveling or in a small apartment.

I also appreciate the included silicone spatula. It’s light, portable, and powerful for its size. I use it almost daily and haven’t had a single issue.

Sometimes you just feel like having some hot pot at home without standing at the stove the entire time. I also wanted to bypass the whole need for gas canisters with the traditional gas burners and this was a great alternative especially with the steaming basket. I've used it at least 3 times already just cooking meat while having hot pot in front of the TV. You can take it practically anywhere though make sure you have an extension cable because the attached cable is kind of short. It's worked perfectly without any difficulty for what I needed it for though the only thing is it really is the size for one person. It would be a little tricky to use it even for two people. Will update if it breaks within a year but I probably will only use it a few times a month. If not, assume it lasted beyond one year.

Very disappointed! It took time to heat. Max heat cannot fry. A fry egg takes a lot of time. There is no high heat!!!!! Can be use boil eggs and reheat soup’s

I ordered this pot it stopped working after a couple of weeks I am very disappointed I would never buy this again this was the second time buy this and same thing happened

Heats up really fast and has a large capacity! Was able to meal prep 5 meals in one go with it in 20 minutes 😍

Very pleased with this versatile saucepan especially the steam basket to cook veg at same time as main

It works very well but so far I have not been able to remove the bowl for proper cleaning!
