Does this work well in Semi-Automatic espresso makers (DeLonghi EC155 Bar 15) since it is not fine/espresso grind? Anyone used it with this machine?

Lavazza is the most crema. I have the same DeLonghy EC155, and this is my daily coffee. This is espresso ROAST and espresso GRIND. The package says 'ground' vs. 'whole bean'. This is what you want. The Lavazza Oro "GOLD PACKAGE" is also delicious and worth the $$. It works perfectly in the DeLonghi. Auguri!

How many cups of coffee (say 9 oz. cup) does one brick make?

For a single shot espresso you need to use ~ 7 g of coffee, 9 oz = 250 gr hence you should be able to get approximately 35 espresso shots.

Is this actual espresso?

Yes- this is espresso. There are many espressos in the Lavazza family. This is a good one to try and one my wife and I regularly use with our stove top Bialetti.

What is the difference in taste between this brand and the blue crema e gusto?

I find this taste is good for the morning breakfast and the other is good after lunch! The crema e gusto is more a morning taste!
