Fine to use
The product looks fine as expected only few challenges with logistics including the product came not well sealed inside the package, it came sealed with two seal tapes on the corners not normal for new products which are well wrapped always, it came with only cable inside.

Phone is good at this price point. But, you didn't get any bundle as per amazon tittle shows. Received only single phone. Rest everything is fine with this budget 5g smartphone.

Phone is lagging
Phone is okay, unique color, 5g & best features for the price of less than 350aed... Keep in mind the package doesn't have a power charger adapter.. type C to C cable only.. Update: * the phone is having net connection issues, and it keeps on lagging . * Battery is okay * If you're fund of recording a song(s) from SMULE app; youll be shocked; the outcome is awful 😅like chipmunks

Software issues
Returned this phone as had software issues keypad tone unable to mute and battery saver not working. Otherwise a good phone for the price. Display felt a little eye strain when compared to my previous Motorola g9+. Perhaps only my piece had software issues, calls to service centre did not resolve the issue.

Where's the freebies?

Good phone for the price, the daily performance is really good.

Poor camera result.
I was expecting a decent camera setup as it shows on the paper. But the camera is pathetic guys. I tried everything but the quality remained same. Overall speed of the phone is fine.

Packet number
My parcel order number does not match the packet number. It says here that a charger will be provided. I opened the packet and saw that there was no charger. This is not right. It is cheating people
