I have had ongoing issues with my neck and back for years. I worked for over 25 years at a desk job for long hours each day. An ergonomic chair was not helping me at all with my pain. Love this posture corrector, just feel like I am constantly adjusting it but that could be maybe I bought the wrong size. It helps so much especially if you are a lady with large breast.

The velcro on this item is substandard and doesn't hold a grip. Very poorly made.

While it felt good on my bad back, those straps were very painful on my arms, rubbing blisters. I'll probably return it.

This runs small so consider getting the larger size. I will purchase again a larger size. This does not have the tippy top collapsable portion so it gives full back support / shoulder support without the top portion protruding too much if worn under clothes. I liked this one. It was comfortable. This model was unusual as the top portion did not stick out so much. This does not mean this is the best back support out there, it only means that it is comfortable plus effective. Not the very best, but good.

I had a bad fall and ended up with spinal compression fractures at t10 and t11, I was in so much pain and was told I should wear a brace during the healing process. This brace is exceptionally well made, the Velcro straps do not come loose and nothing stretched after a full day of wearing it. For me the pain was so much less when I wear it. The vertical bars in the back of this brace helps me to keep my back straight. Would absolutely recommend this brace. Oh and they come in pretty colors too!
