Very effective for Senior citizens who're on medication, leading to constipation. This formula is said to be herbal and does not affect the English medicines which they've to take. Painless and effortless bowel movement.

I tried many but zandu nityam is very effective even at half tablet level. Better take half tablet around 5 pm and observe the excellent results.. Even seniors can use daily without any problem but finding suitable dose. Avoid excess dose.
