10/10 will recommend every time. I love my colorsoft. Perfect for reading at night. Great to have color. Easy to hold and read. Great settings like changing font text and size, highlighting in colors.

love this ting. I read all the time and i must admit is is one of my favorites. you don't really need it in color if your just a standard book reader but i download books to read with my kids. some of which have pictures and they like that they are in color.

Love this color kindle
I effin love this new kindle color soft. I love that you can also make your book covers your screen saver. I don't have any problem with my screen at all. You can adjust the brightness and the warmth of it to fix that pesky yellow or amber color. The cover was just your basic cover but got the job done protecting the screen as it should. And I absolutely love the charging dock. It's so convenient🖤💙🖤💙

Love My Kindle
This is probably my 10th Kindle. I always want the latest and greatest. This one is beautiful, lightweight, and I love that I can charge it on a dock! My absolute only complaint is the ability to have screen flip! I miss that. And I wish they would have the page turning buttons like the oasis has. I like that this Kindle has auto generated lighting depending on where you are. I love the warming light feature. Easy to setup, easy to use.

Traded in my other kindle for the kindle soft. Love it! It was intended for me, however, because it had color my kids and I read every night on it and they too love it!

Nice upgrade from my previous model
I’m enjoying this kindle so far! I appreciate the soft coloring and all of the features! Exactly what you would expect from a kindle. I upgraded due to my several year old kindle not maintaining battery charge any more and I am happy with the purchase!

Better choice for comic reading; less crisp for novels
I've used the Kindle paperwhite for several years and I love it. This is a different kind of device... It has a "grayer" background, so the contrast isn't quite as good. Color pages (comics, etc.) tend to look as if you're reading faded newsprint. Some of this can be corrected by fiddling with backlight settings. I tend to read comics with the backlight at 50% during the day and 30% at night. With that, the colors are clearer and more enjoyable -- but it does mean the battery drains quite a bit more quickly. I's been wanting this for a while but waited for a good sale. Got it on a flash sale for 40% off, and at that price I'm happy with it. One thing that would improve the usability: comic panels tend to be irregular shapes (wide and flat, tall and thin, etc.). It would be nice if there were a gyro feature to let the reader just turn the colorsoft sidewise to read wide panels instead of having to finger-zooming (which has a noticeable lag time). But still, it's much easier than reading digital comics on the harsh iPhone screen. So it's a good option for nerds on the go like me.
