Pretty Good
We have been using these for about two weeks and so far pretty good. They are easy to swallow and have no after burp taste. Noticed a change in our sleep is better, bathroom breaks are frequent and my husband hasn't had to use his blood pressure meds in a week. I definitely recommend and we will be ordering again.

NOT oregano oil
If I could leave zero stars I would. I have used oregano oil capsules for years, so I'm familiar with what they should be. Today when I took one of these, I accidentally dissolved it in my mouth, and there was NO oregano taste or scent. None. Usually oregano has a VERY strong and pungent, distinctive smell and a potently burning taste and this has none. This is just vegetable oil or something. Don't waste your money like I did. Unless you just want to take little capsules of vegetable oil.

Love this!
We use oil of oregano at the onset of a cold. It drastically decreases the duration of a cold for our family. Please check with your doctor before taking any medications.
