VEV Deep Calm Magnesium Complex 14-In-1 Glycinate Gummies For Women and men

I have been taking Magnesium for a while and it helps me sleep good. But this product helps me better with my sleep, I sleep the whole night and feel great when I wake up. Also it tastes really good. I would love to take more than 1 or 2 but I don't know how long I will sleep lol.

I’ve been really happy with the VEV DeepCalm Magnesium Complex Gummies. They’re easy to take, taste good, and I like that they combine magnesium with ingredients such as L-theanine and ashwagandha that are intended to support relaxation. The product recommends one gummy per day, but personally, I’ve found that two gummies work much better for me when it comes to getting a more noticeable and lasting effect on my sleep.With two gummies, I feel more relaxed at bedtime and seem to stay asleep better throughout the night. I have been taking Trazodone nightly for sleep for over 5 years. It has worked very well, but my daughter started using this product and wanted me to try it too. I started taking it and was shocked that it worked so well! I take 2 each night. I stay asleep all night most nights. If I do wake up I go back to sleep quickly, and I wake up in the morning easily, and feeling calm and happy. Those two things alone make me choose it over the prescription medication.

It gave me a terrible headache at first but after 3 days, I do feel better. Unfortunately it is not helping me with my sleep. I do feel calmer throughout the day. My stressful job does not get to me as much anymore. Still looking for something to help me sleep. Yes, i would recommend 👌
