This was recommended by my gynecologist. It has worked wonderfully, and I have had no more UTIs.

Godsend through my urologist's recommendation
If you have repeat UTIs, talk with a urologist. Mine recommended this daily, a high quality dried cranberry pill, and D-Mannose daily. Since doing that, no more UTIs. These are expensive, but she told me only certain brands of probiotics are shown to be preventative.
