After my initial review about the fact this product wasn’t working and wouldn’t connect, the seller reached out to me to offer either a full refund or a replacement. I chose to get a replacement. They were really kind and helpful and clear in their communication and this was fixed within a day of me leaving my review, so I’m very happy with it. I've ordered many things from Amazon over the years and as you'd expect not everything works first time. This was no different, I plugged the hard drive into my PS4, it accepted and read the drive, but only showed capacity of 206mb! The hard drive comes with a QR code for support which opens the business account in WhatsApp and not expecting much, I dropped them a message. Well, best customer service experience ive ever had on here. Couple of checks and no quibble they sent me a replacement next day and arranged to collect the defective one. All set up now and no issues. I'll order again when I need another and would recommend. The hard drive itself simple plug in, recognised. Formatted easily and away you go. Comes with compatible lead and silent running. Data transfer from ps4 to drive was quick too.

Purchased this to store and secure all my files from my PC, Laptop and Phone and to clear my PC of all my personal files and many, many thousands of pictures to free up space on my main PC and this does the job with ease, and after all that I still only used just over a 1/4 of the space on this hard drive, the transfer speed from PC to this hard drive took no time at all for my files, my pictures took a little longer, but was quick if you know what I mean, I just connected to PC via the USB and transferred and cleared my PC with ease and quickly, cable length could have been a little longer, but made it work anyway, the hard drive is very compacted and small takes up no space at all really, so all on all in my honest opinion would highly recommend.

Very good External Hard Drive for Apple Laptop

Ce disque dur est vraiment super. Il fait 500 giga. Je l’ai branché tout simplement sur mon MacBook Pro et il a été reconnu directement par mon ordinateur. Ensuite j’ai juste fait un copier coller de mon dossier deux photos et nickel. Tout a été transféré en quelques minutes. Je suis vraiment contente car il est vraiment simple à utiliser. Je pense que j’en achèterai un deuxième. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
