Customer service is just frod.
I am highly disappointed with the service quality of Aqua D Pure Water Purifier. At first, I trusted the company and purchased their purifier with the expectation of safe and clean drinking water. However, my experience has been completely opposite. Just after the new installation, the water started tasting salty, which is a very serious concern for a water purifier. I immediately raised a complaint, expecting a quick response from their technician team. Unfortunately, it has now been over one month, and no technician has visited or resolved the issue. What makes the situation worse is the careless and irresponsible attitude of the service team. When contacted, they simply said that they provide only one service after installation. But in my case, the issue arose immediately after installation itself, yet they ignored the complaint and failed to take any action. This is nothing less than negligence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is clear that Aqua D Pure is only interested in selling their products without caring about the customers afterward. Their promises of service are misleading, their support is unreliable, and their behavior is unprofessional. A water purifier is a basic necessity for health, and such irresponsible service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to think twice before buying Aqua D Pure products. A company that cannot respond to genuine concerns right after installation shows that it has no respect for customers or their well-being.
