This is a real dermaroller with 192 real needles. Please use this and not the ones with the wheels that are embedded as they are not sharp enough and they tear at your skin. This is superb.

Very nice dermaroller. Needles are sharp. Roller is sturdy and rolls smoothly and easily. I use 70% alcohol to clean it and use it a couple of times a week. I have used others and I believe these do help stimulate collagen production. I like that this brand comes in multiple sizes so you can work your way up in size. Solid purchase.

This is no joke! It’s very sharp but worthy of a great review!

It does what is expected, abraiding the skin for better absorption of applied products. This is the second one I've purchased, both made by different manufacturers. This one can be painfully sharp and has to be used with reasonable caution and might not be right for people with sensitive skin or scalp.
