This gives extra energy and hydration so I ordered it for my husband who has cancer. It has been a great help to him as he does his chemo treatments. I ordered this grape flavor, the orange and the lemon lime flavors. The grape is my personal favorite and my husband likes the lemon lime. If you have someone that has a problem with hydration, you really ought to give it a try. The taste is very flavorful and it’s good for you too . It is a very good value with 18 pkg in a bag and is very easy to digest . It mixes will and my husband puts it in his yeti thermos with ice and water and he drinks it as needed. Give it a try .

Great flavor and really makes a difference in hydration when I need more than just plain water. It’s priced competitively with other electrolyte drinks and has good ingredients. I find using a small, cheap milk frother is the best way to mix it in my water.

Cannot live without this stuff! It’s so hydrating. I’ve tried the golden cherry, tangerine, and firecracker pop flavored. They are all taste so good! I wanted something grape Gatorade tasting so I decided to try this one. It’s my favorite so far, second time I’ve ordered this flavor. Dissolves really well. A bit expensive but worth the price for the hydration you get compared to Gatorade or Pedialyte. This stuff is my go to as I don’t always drink enough water and can feel the dehydration. Especially good for when you’re sick or had a few drinks. This grape flavor is really really good. Not overpowering. Definitely recommend!

Love this. I have been dealing with electrolyte imbalance and this has helped. Taste is much better than Gatorade and pedialyte.

Great flavor, its one of my favorites, 4 stars because the price doubled, probably won't order again until its back to 16$
