Adhesive not strong enough
The double sided adhesive tape that came along with the product is of a bad quality. However the product itself to lock is good but without a strong adhesive it seems useless.

These do exactly what we bought them for. When closing the garage fridge door, the freezer door pops ajar slightly. These locks prevent that accidental opening. Theyre easy to install and very easy to use. Great product

The door on my upright deepfreeze was left ajar and there was a significant amount of frozen food lost. I got these as a way to ensure that the freezer doors are properly closed every time. To my amazement, the adhesive is sticking firmly, even though they are under some stress when the freezer doors just close each time. The doors are properly closed each time now as well. So I’m really happy with these.
