For the price point I expected a better quality product and I'm very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. It comes rolled up and is somewhat small and flimsy. It's kinda misshapen and the material wrinkly on the underside from being tightly rolled up. It is not a true memory foam pillow, it is too soft and doesn't spring back to shape, and doesn't offer me the neck support I need. It definately has a chemical smell to it, it's not too strong but the product specifications say there is no smell, which isn't correct. Also it came with a stain on it, like as though it had masking tape on it, that was pulled off and left a sticky residue and a stain. I absolutely loathe the ear hole in the middle of the pillow, its uncomfortable and I just dont see the point of that at all. Unfortunately I find this to be a low quality pillow made from cheap materials that should be set at a much lower price point. Very disappointed.
