Quality B-Complex Supplement
I have been happy with the Himalayan brand of supplements in the past. I have been hearing a lot about the B complex vitamins and their importance. In particular, B12 has been a supplement that I wanted to add because of its benefits in regards to longevity. These B complex supplements are easy to swallow, even though they are on the larger side. The serving size is 2 per day so this bottle will last you a month. I am pleased with the nutrients included: B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid and biotin. Overall, it seems to be a quality supplement.

Suitable for use by men and women
The Himalayan B-Complex is formulated for use for both men and women. If you take two tablets a day per the suggested use, the dosage is moderate for men and heavy for women. I've included a photo of the amount per serving with this review. The tablets are brown in color, oval in shape, and have no discernible taste or smell. They are a bit smaller than most multivitamins and I found them to be easy to swallow. I've been taking one tablet a day for three days and have not experienced any upset stomach or other negative side effects. This supplement is non-GMO, gluten-free and soy-free. It is manufactured in India in a GMP certified facility, ensuring a pure, clean, consistent product. Also, no animal-derived products are used, so it should be suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
