Easy to charge and use.

I was extremely pleased with the Stihl blower which was a great help with the leaf collection . I live n a conservation area so the blower was put to good use. Excellent.

I tried to return the product however the seller does not want it, I feel disappointed with the product and much more with the seller

It is electric I wanted rechargeable they are double the price ..

My still blower started to show full charge ( 4 green lights) then was flat in 30 seconds. I asked to borrow my mates and he said his had done the same! Mine is only used for very light work and kept indoors. Over £100 for something used maybe 30 times. STIHL was once a reliable brand

I am now unfortunately on my 2nd BGA 45 cordless blower and I wish I had never bought one. Assembled in China not Germany as many would think and it shows, the Stihl branding on the side is of such poor quality it will scratch off if you so much as brush against it, both of mine have got scratched in no time at all. My first one had a fault within the first 3 uses, the new (and stupid) safety trigger system requires you to have 3 points pressed at once to operate the machine, those with smaller hands will struggle, my trigger failed within effectively a few minutes use and it would stay stuck on even with no trigger pressure and had a mind of its own, it would blow on and off as it pleased, luckily I registered the product and bought from an official dealer so it was replaced under warranty....unfortunately I ended up with another, I should have (in hindsight) got a refund and purchased a better model with a removable battery. These are basically a small built in lithium battery, claims from Stihl are 10 minutes running time, nonsense! Expect 4-5 hours of charging each time for about a maximum of 5 minutes use and make sure you use small sporadic blasts, any use for 30 seconds to a minute and it overheats and cuts out! Stihl claim it will clear leaves up to 200 square meters, this is laughable, I tried clearing about 20 meters square on a full charge and it died on me and I ended up finishing the job off with a rake, I would have had to do this anyway as it is very underpowered and struggled with larger wet leaves. My advice would be do not waste your money, also the price these are appearing at with some Amazon sellers is scandalous, they are only 99 pounds RRP from any Stihl dealer and some places may even give discount on that, I feel robbed at the RRP so anything more is 100% not worth it, avoid this product and do not buy from ANY seller asking more than £99! Edit...my replacement under warranty has also gone wrong, please avoid this product at all costs.

J’étais au départ satisfait du souffleur, mais la batterie a rapidement cessé de tenir la charge, puis a fini par ne plus charger du tout. L’autonomie réelle est largement en dessous de ce que j’attendais pour un produit de cette marque. Le plus problématique reste le service après-vente : au lieu de proposer un échange, une réparation ou une solution concrète, comme le font généralement les vendeurs Amazon, le vendeur m’a simplement renvoyé vers un centre STIHL (le "bonjour" dans son message doit faire partie d’une option que je n’ai pas dû prendre). Pour un achat Amazon, ça ne correspond pas du tout à l’assistance attendue. En résumé : Batterie peu fiable et SAV inexistant. Je déconseille si vous cherchez un matériel durable et un vendeur sérieux.
