When my morning coffee and lattes began to take on a strange taste, I considered buying a new Nespresso. Then my son explained that it probably needed descaling. To be honest, I had never thought of it. The water in my lifetime area in the Bay Area was so pure that we always drank tap water! I am still learning about the water here in Austin TX. It is so filled with minerals that everything is affected! I purchased the Nespresso Descaling solution and used it right away. Results? The coffee is once again fabulous! I can look forward again to trying various blends and being able to taste the differences! Thank you, Nespresso!

Worth the price! I am so spoiled by my Nespresso machine. The coffee is amazing. I waited too long to use this because of the price, but my coffee was starting to taste a little off and the pods are expensive, so I finally ordered this cleaner. Now I'm back to amazing coffee! It's easy to use and makes a big difference in the taste, a great one!

This solution seems to work really well, but the Nespresso machine is so frustrating trying to get out of descaling mode. Tempted to try bouncing it across the kitchen floor, but that probably wouldn’t work either. So now I just make coffee with the red and yellow light and unplug it each time.

Descale product did what it was supposed to. I had read not to use DIY or other descaling product so I coughed up the money for the brand descaler. I’ve had my machine a yr+ and estimate it made 400 cups before the light went on to do the descaling. It wasn’t as easy as my Keurig because there are steps and lights that guide you which confused me. Once you press the buttons incorrectly, it stops the process. I followed a YouTube video for Nespresso Breville which I have but it didn’t match my machine. Maybe it was for the other version. I called the 800# and a CS rep was able to watch what the machine was doing through my phone and she was able to guide me through the cleaning step by step as she saw what the machine was doing. I think you need 30 min to do it.

My Nesspresso totally stopped working because it needed to be descaled. I purchased this on Amazon because Nespresso would required shipping fee. Does what it does. Fast shipping. Great Nespresso quality product but a little expensive. Will probably find generic one next time.

Worked great after my Nespresso Vertuo Plus has been in descale alarm for months and I tried some off brand descale solution...hard no. Stick with Nespresso brand for Nespresso machines, it made all the difference.

Descaled my machine with no issue. Just make sure you watch some videos on how to descale your machine. I have the vertigo pop and it required several steps.

I was so happy to find this on Amazon. Even the company told me nothing existed hurt my original only for the Verturo machine. Well I went to amazon and there it was. It cleaned the machine so well It was like new Thank you once again
