A friend gave me the first bottle of these vitamins. I started taking them for hair & nail growth. I experienced great results from the first bottle in hair thickness & growth with my nails & hair. I also have had to get up lees times during the night to relieve my bladder. Some people have stomach sensitivity and these state you should take with food 3x’s a day. I take the vitamins twice a day because it’s too close between breakfast and lunch to take it twice and avoid stomach sensitivity. I’m happy with the vitamins, no weird flavors or aftertaste & they have worked really great for me. I like that they are natural vitamins and not filled with a bunch of fluff that’s no good for you. I’m on my second bottle now and things are going great with these vitamins.
