Genware NEV-K-V4R Vegetable Knife, 4", Red

I bought a set of Viner's knives around a year ago, and the blade for my veg knife fell out of the handle. Very unsafe. I needed a knife quickly, saw this, and read the reviews. It is super sharp, feels sturdy, and is very precise when cutting and dicing veg (for soups). Very happy with it. I had an age check when delivered, which was fine, even though I'm middle-aged now! Would recommend highly.

It's a good, useful size, but, it could be sharper. Can't seem to get a good one these days. When I lived in Nottingham, I always went to the market for a sharp vegetable knife. I don't get out, now, and have had odd ones from Tesco, Morrisons, etc., but, they're all rubbish in my opinion.

Really pleased with this versatile little knife :) I use it most days for chopping/preparing vegetables, fruit, & alsorts of other foods. Very sharp & comfortable to hold. Love the red handle too - Makes it easier to spot in my cutlery drawer & amongst the washing up. Great value for money!
