Universal Detergent Powder (90 Loads | 11.9 lbs | 5.4 kg) - All-in-one Solution For Deep Clean Laundry And Freshness For The Machine

Been using this for years, since we bought an HE washer. When it expired, we ended up with a (free) top-loader, but continued using this because we liked the results, though we had to use a bit more. As I mentioned in the title, this detergent, in either the powder or "megapearls", remains the gold standard for use in an HE washer. It cleans well, and we happen to like its scent. You will end up using less detergent than you're used to and still obtain clean clothes. The value for money proposition is something you have to decide upon for your own. For example, the water you use to wash might not allow this detergent to dissolve or clean as it should. Likewise, you could want to wash in colder water than where this detergent has greater effect. Note: this is the stuff made in Germany -- not the clone the US branch of Henkel calls "Persil Pro Wash" or something like that. We have noticed a distinct difference between the two.

It dissolves 100% in warm hard well water. I haven’t tried cold. I have a water softener but my water is still hard. This smells amazing like Gain but better. It cleans amazingly. My whites came out bright white without any other boosters. It got rid of armpit and collar sweat stains. After doing some research only 2 tablespoons is needed for a regular load. I didn’t see any suds but my clothes still came out clean. It took out every stain that had been imbedded for years. Con’s- pricey. No other detergent compares. I’ve tried them all

This is my favorite detergent! Leaves my clothes clean and fresh. Stain removal is fantastic.

Good product. It takes very little amount goes a long way.

Persil is a wonderful soap. I have a Miele washing machine and have never used any other soap than Persil. Our clothes come out clean, whites are super white, stains come out AND your clothes smell great!

First let me say I have eczema on my back. So having tried everything from the store shelf I decided to try this. Outside of an amazing clean, if you use the Extra Rinse on your machine you will not have any scent at all. Big bonus there! For a full load of stinky work clothes I use 1/3 cup. If it is one of those toxic loads kids create, it is 1/2 cup just in case. I only wash in cold or warm water, and it performs amazingly well in either. I have no feedback on hot performance as I don’t use it. I do note that for the eczema, I have not needed the Sarna lotion!

I’m very disappointed with the seller of this detergent. It’s the second time I’ve purchased it and the first was fine. It’s very expensive but works well and smells great, so I didn’t mind the splurge. But the most recent box got soaked with water through the shipping box prior to its delivery at my house, the detergent box basically “melted” from the moisture and the powder spilled all over the shipping box. I contacted the company and they were responsive—we emailed back and forth several times. The last I heard from them was their request for a photo of the damaged box. I emailed several photos and have never heard back again. This was three months ago. Avoid this seller—they are scammers.

Ich liebe dieses Waschsmittel (Translation: I love this laundry soap). It works so well in my German-made front-loading washer, clean clothes very well and gives them a nice but not overly perfumed scent. No softener ever used. While the price is a bit steep, for me, it’s worth it.

This is an excellent detergent, which I’ve had a difficult time trying to find outside of Europe. Very glad to have found it here. The box arrived undamaged and is exactly what I expected.
