Good value for money, no apparent side effects noted. Easy to use and swallow, instructions on the bottle. Did not really notice appetite control or excess energy but only just started to take it.

recommend if you binge eat like me
legit review btw i know some worry they are fake. Iv been taking this for 3-4 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement with my sugar cravings and overall hunger. Im a massive binge eater and have not binged once since i started this. I have also lost 5kg but i cant be sure that this berberine has helped as I have been in a calorie deficit. Would recommend for people who binge eat, food noise is non existent now :) placebo or not it works for me so far.

Appetite reducer
Have taken for a few weeks now and not sure if it’s placebo affect or not, but have definitely felt my appetite reduce after taking. No side effects that I can tell!

Can’t really say much for the review I have been taken for two weeks now and haven’t noticed anything but it still early . for the first few days though I do feel sick after taken them and kept burping the taste from the tablets

Working So Far!
Early days yet, but feel that my appetite has been suppressed. I feel more energetic and have noticed some weight loss after only two weeks. Sugar craving has greatly reduced. Long may it continue. Personally, I would recommend.

Je prends la berbérine principalement pour la gestion de la glycémie et de l’insuline, et j’en suis satisfait. J’ai remarqué une meilleure stabilité au niveau de l’énergie dans la journée, surtout après les repas, avec moins de pics et de coups de fatigue. Je l’utilise en complément d’une alimentation correcte, et ça aide aussi à limiter les fringales. Aucun effet secondaire notable de mon côté, la digestion reste normale. Ce n’est pas un produit miracle, mais pour cet usage précis ça fait clairement le travail.
