One side stopped working after a month of use
I was very excited to try this, since I knew the Space Travel were great, and I thought these would be a lot better being a little bit higher in the price range, at first the sound quality was great, but there were some noises that distracted me from the experience of listening to music, so I looked for a firmware update on the app and the issue seemed to be fixed, but then after a couple weeks my right earbud just stopped charging, even though the charger had full battery and the left earbud seemed to work completely fine. In terms of design and being comfortable, I don't think it's the most premium quality, and I wouldn't mind those aspects if the product worked as it should, but it doesn't. After trying all the troubleshooting possibilities I found online, I found out there's no way to reset the product to factory setting, so it seems to be a firmware issue that turns the product completely unusable. I really wanted to like these, and I was very happy with what I got, they worked fenomenally the first month I had them, but you don't just invest $50 for a product that won't work after a month.

Disastrous Post-Release Support
I really wanted to like these as a replacement for my Space Travel, which became basically unusable after a year due to no longer making proper connection with the case and charging erratically, but these have been a total mess thanks to Moondrop's "support." These initially came with firmware 1.1.3, which was relatively fine. They didn't save equalizer settings between use, and LC3 support didn't work on my Pixel 8 Pro, but neither of those were gamebreakers. The next firmware, 1.2.3, pretty much broke everything. They would randomly connect to devices while in the case, had issues with charging, and adjusting ANC touch settings often broke. Resetting the defaults did nothing, and only introduced a new problem with pairing becoming near impossible, requiring you to catch a very specific window where things worked. Of note for this update is that the LC3 option to pair with now had the name of a completely different, (as of this review) unreleased product. About a week later, we get firmware 1.2.4, which later got an explanation labeling it as a rollback firmware to 1.1.3...except it's not quite that. There are still issues present that weren't there on the initial 1.1.3, most notably ANC touch frequently breaking. Worst of all, my right earbud is now remarkably quieter than the left, with full-blast volume on the right matching half-volume on the left, at best. This issue persists regardless of what device they're paired to, and can even be observed by the system voice noting the power-on state now being muffled and hard to hear. I have no idea if my right earbud decided to break just around a month after purchase and right after this rollback firmware as a coincidence, or if these firmware updates are what did it. I also have no idea if this is an issue that can be fixed with a firmware update either, but the current track record leaves no reason to count on a fix from Moondrop. Save your money, get something else. Even if it's a Space Travel, you're spending less than half on those if they break, and the hit to sound quality isn't that bad. Moondrop clearly has a lot to figure out with these.

Not a bad as the other reviews
So imma lead with this form factor didn't work for me at all but that is my preference. For 50 bucks this thing is great with a caveat, you need to make sure you update it to the old new firmware that they pushed because they messed up with an actual crap update. Basically they updated it with the bugs that the other reviews are complaining about and then rolled it back by calling it the next update. For 50 bucks this thing sounds decent and has waaaay more features then it has any right to. It's not comfortable to me but that's because I don't like stems and the tip shape that forces them to use. Super good value, they aren't galaxy buds pro2s but their sound is 70% there for like 25% of the cost. I love moondrop iems, i wish they were a bit better at tws stuff.

Pretty nice
Pros: The sound is pretty good, and the noise canceling is pretty solid especially if you use foam eartips. Transparency also works well, I used these at work and I was able to hear what i needed to. Cons: No water resistance, they dont feel very durable, and like many other tws certain eartips wont fit the case. You get what you pay for so no real complaints from me.

Does not charge, sound is scratchy
Left these in case over night after repeatedly making sure the case was fully charged, woke up to them at 80%, which dropped to 30% after about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sound was good until it hit a certain type of bass and then everything became very scratchy sounding. Horrendous. Bought these after my Necocake 2 died and those were reliable for the price, but these have soured me on Moondrop. DO NOT BUY. BYE!

Bluetooth does not work
I contacted customer support via their app about a couple months ago... and didn't hear anything. I sent another email and similarly did not get a response. Connection issues and battery issues, even when fully charged overnight the headphones will not retain charge and die/ shut-down. The charging in ear has never worked. There is patchy bluetooth connection and headphone whirring/ mechanic crackling while product in use. I have had this product for less than 6 months.

Great sound, a few usability caveats
These are some really nice sounding wireless iems from the well regarded iem brand Moondrop. They use the same speakers as the Moondrop Aria which give them impressive sound quality especially considering the price and the fact that theyre wireless. These are for sound lovers moreso than for purely practical and cool looking though: - They look quite cheap and generic, in contrast to moondrops wired iems - The ANC causes glitches and if you like good sound youre best off turning it off. But then it does sound flat and needs some EQ to really come alive. With ANC it sounds much fuller but it has some annoying glitches. - The supplied eartips are flimsy and none of them gave me a good seal. I put Spinfits on it to solve this - The touch controls dont work very reliably, making them annoying to use - The app is not great and it always forgets my settings. It has bass settings but no real EQ, you need an audioplayer with equalizer in order to use eq'ing So it's definitely not perfect and Moondrop has some work to do on their wireless iems, but if you can live with these gripes, they do sound really good and you'll be hard pressed to find this soundquality at this price.

Good value
Firmware issues prior to firmware 1.2.5 However I've had no issues since. Sound quality and ANC is still great for this price range.
