Decent size for my nearly four year old to use. Cute design. Handy that you can use them as a hot or cold compress..they are really helping, as our daughter has many knocks and falls..she loves to choose which colour she wants each time. Haven't used in the freezer yet so can't comment..just handy to keep in the fridge as and when need it.

These are a great alternative to the standard ice packs I've used in the past. My wife and i use these in our kid's lunchbox when he's at school. The size allows us to pack the lunchbox as we always have, and the ice pack just slips right in without issue. While they won't last as long as the larger ice packs, the size of this keeps cold items cool for several hours in the lunch box. Highly recommend!!

Easy to use and stays cold for longer than expected - these are a must for boo boos! The squishy gel is mouldable even when completley frozen, making it easy to wrap around arms legs and fingers. Also a fantastic tool for when nursing, slip inside your bra cup to soothe swollen nipples. Amazing!
