Vinegar: 1001 Practical Household Uses

I saw info somewhere regarding the many uses of Vinegar & when I found this book at such a good price I was very pleased! It has lived up to my expectations - a beautifully bound/presented book full of interesting facts and hints & I am sure one I shall dip into many many times. Cant really believe the price - a real bargain. Bought 2 straight away & will be back for more I am sure. Good delivery time too.

Good reference book

I love this book & am now known as the vinegar queen as I tell people, all the time, the things I’ve achieved with vinegar. I buy them this book & they become as obsessed with vinegar as I am. Amazing cleaning, laundry, health, pet & garden uses. You just need to try a few & you’ll try more.

Great hints and tips. This reminds me of my nan and I'm trying to rid my cupboard of some chemicals. Vinegar, lemon, salt, soda, soap flakes... I appear to be have invaded by those beastly 'fruit' flies. The tip of cider vinegar really worked. That was worth the cost of the book. Buy yourself a bottle of malt, white distilled and cider vinegar and the book...I'm not a relative!

I bought this book for my mum as she was always ranting about the use of vinegar and she loved it! She has since bought several copies that she has given out to friends and family. The book is good quality and very nicely laid out with easy to follow index. I have used some of the suggestions and found them very useful - a really handy book and I think I will get one for myself!

This is an excellent book. I had one and have used it, but my mum is now into this so I got her one. Came just in time for move to a new address.

Great book. Every house should have one :-)) Laying your hands on white vinegar is a problem, but supermarkets 'do' distilled white vinegar. More importantly Amazon do the same in larger packs and more cheaply. As for the book, great compendium of daily uses for the stuff. Even in an internet age, it would be very difficult to find such a collection of suggestions for the stuff online. In summary: very satisfied with the book.

Found lots of good uses

I love this little book. Not only is it chalked full of many healthy effective and easily made problem solvers but its in a hard cover, spiral bound book that holds up better than a paper copy book. This make sense since it will be in a work/ cleaning environment. I am picking out cleaners from under my sink as we speak to give away. I don't need added house toxins anymore. The book will surprise the ever living great ooglie mooglie out of you. I've used several cleaning solutions from the book with wonderful results and recently I used the bug repellant and it worked on those pesky fruit flies I was getting annoyed with. Buy this book, it essential for every household. I may pick up another copy or two to give away.

Exactly what I was looking for.....

This book was smaller than I expected, but has a lot of info! I love how it tells the history of vinegar. It has tabs for each section and I really like that. The tabs are: laundry, cleaning, DIY, outdoor gardening, cookery, health & beauty, and pet care. Vinegar works with so many things it's fascinating!

The book was very informative and had a lot of strange and wonderful uses for vinegar!! I never knew it was good for so many things.
