Excellent option for anyone trying to reduce sugar intake
The sweetness is very similar to regular sugar, and I love that it measures just like sugar in recipes, which makes it super convenient when baking. One of the things I appreciate most is that it’s keto-friendly, low carb, and gluten-free, so it fits perfectly into healthier lifestyles without sacrificing sweetness. Monk fruit provides natural sweetness, while erythritol adds the texture and bulk of sugar, making it easy to use as a 1:1 replacement in cooking and baking.

Versatile, better for you white sugar
Tastes exactly like the real deal. Honestly, I originally bought this for making Ninja Creami protien pints but ended up swapping real sugar with monk fruit instead. This is very good although a little more expensive than buying regular white sugar. This can replace your morning cup of coffee or anything really that uses white sugar. I personally enjoy it with aguas frescas like horchata because it leads to less calories and a better for you alternative. 10/10 better beyond just ice cream pints.

SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
2-3 teaspoons does the trick. No aftertaste and from what I can see no insulin spike during intermittent fasting days (6 days a week). Little pricey but 1 bad pretty much lasts 7-10 days for AM coffee use !! Many many re orders

No aftertaste and no carbs!
This is the only sweetener that doesn't have a terrible aftertaste to me. I use it in coffee or tea, and it can be used to replace sugar in baking and cooking. It mixes easily and I can't tell that it's not sugar. Monkfruit alone has an aftertaste, but this 50/50 blend has no aftertaste. For me, it's worth the price to use this product in my morning beverage. It's very low carb and low calories per serving. I also make iced tea with it in the summer. I make southern sweet tea, so I don't know for sure how it dissolves in cold tea, but I don't think it would be a problem. For me, it's a great value for the money.

Good Sweetener, But Needs a Bit of Tweaking
I've been on a sugar-free journey for a while now, and I've tried a lot of different sweeteners. This Monk Fruit Sweetener definitely stands out as a solid contender, earning it a respectable 4 stars. The biggest plus? It's undeniably sweet enough! Finally, a sugar substitute that doesn't leave me feeling like I'm missing out on the full flavor. It really does measure cup-for-cup like sugar, which makes baking and cooking a breeze. I've used it in cookies, coffee, and even homemade ice cream. However, the taste isn't quite perfect. Like many reviewers have pointed out, there's a slight aftertaste that's a little… different. It's not overwhelmingly bitter like some other sweeteners, but it's definitely noticeable, especially when used in larger quantities. I've found that blending it with other ingredients, like vanilla extract or cinnamon, helps to mask this a bit. Overall, it is a good option for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. It's convenient, usable, and provides a good level of sweetness. With a little experimentation and adjustments to your recipes, you can minimize the slightly off-putting aftertaste and enjoy the benefits of a sugar-free alternative. I'll definitely continue using it, but I'm hoping they can tweak the formula to improve the overall flavor profile.

Just what I needed
This product more than met my expectations. I am type 2 diabetic and was looking for a good sweetener substitute. This has no bad after taste and does not clump up. It dissolves easily. I was pleasantly surprised at how it sweet it was without the regular sugar content.

Sabe casi igual al azúcar blanca, estoy encantada, buen sabor y cero calorías, me la recomedó la especialista en nutrición ya que la Stevia me sabe amarga y el Canderel me sabe muy mal,
