🍊 Oranges are the only fruit 🍊
This orange extract smells wonderful and imparts a delicious flavour. I've used it in baking an orange cheesecake and also a sugar-free Dundee cake, both of which were lovely. The extract is in a carrier oil rather than alcohol, which means that those who are allergic to alcohol (yes, I do know people who are!) won't have a problem with it and you won't get the volatile components evaporating. It's packed in a darkened glass bottle, which gives good protection from photodegradation and you won't get a plastic taint as you might from a plastic bottle.

I love Steenbergs extracts!
I like it that I need just a capful to flavour the whole batch of my raw vegan cookie dough or caramel. It tastes amazing with this flavouring. I've been using it for years and haven't had any problems with it. I haven't tried in baked cakes though.
