Phomemo M250 3 Inch Label Maker Machine with Tape

TL;DR: It's a great label printer and I am thrilled with it's performance and software. The label maker came well packaged with a quick start guide, a starter roll of labels, and links in the guide to downloading the phone and Windows software. I purchased this label maker for a number of uses, including labelling salvaged lithium ion batteries. For this use I wanted to use the MS Windows software so I could import data into the label maker and then have it print out sets of labels. The software is very easy to use, with a lot of options to design and create labels. The import feature is well thought out and allows me to import fields and mix them with other text. So far I have printed over 100 labels and I haven't had any errors or issues. I will also be using this to print labels for shelving, storage and who knows what else. I appreciate the large variety of labels that you can purchase. I did set it up on my phone and found the bluetooth connectivity is stable and it works well. The label maker offers a good value for the money and I can see many other uses for it.

It took me about an hour to set up. I got the app. I typed in a label to be printed. 1. There is no obvious button to input how many copies of the label I wanted to print up. 2. When I press the Print Label button, instead of printing, a window pops up giving me two options: Return to edit, or Subscribe now. Why do I have to subscribe at $48 a year to make a print on a machine that I already bought? 3. Support will get back to me in 12-48 hours. I do not have time for that! 4. I can't judge the print quality because I refuse to subscribe!!!!! This is BS!!!

This label printer is super easy to print. The quality is pretty decent and ease of set up is very easy. You download the app and connect and they have a bunch of templates that you can actually edit. The print speed is super fast comes right out quality is nice and heavy duty. It seems pretty solid and the functionality works. Perfect those exactly what I needed. The only downfall is the labels themselves. I feel should be more sticky to hold things down especially if you’re wrapping any homemade items it does not like to stay on unless you’re putting it on something like metal but if it was going on a paper bag, it does not hold well

I love this label printer, is so easy to use and there are several free or for purchase labels you can creat. It works with several labels up to two inches wide. I use it for so many applications.

When it works it’s amazing, the app is a little clunky and could really use an update Pros 1. Label quality, the label that it prints are very nice and I have not had any issues printing them 2. Ease of Use: it’s very easy to use, you don’t need any prior tech knowledge to figure out what to do or how to it 3. Print quality: the print is pretty good for the price 4. Compatibility: you can use off brand labels and adjust the size manually in the app which is a pretty cool feature Cons 1. Reliability: on numerous occasions it just wouldn’t print and the whole app froze, which if you need a label right in this moment is rough 2. Ease of use: the app can be very clunky and it’s not always easy to figure out “which label” is in the machine, especially if you don’t have the packaging any longer which makes it impossible to print on said label, just in general the use interface of the app is not great and needs an update asap 3. The first printer I had completely stopped working like 2 days after the warranty fell through prompting me to have to pay full price for a second Fazit: It’s a nifty little thing for fun projects but if you rely on it for work I’d invest in something of higher quality

Excellent small compact printer. Works great for labels we use on our plants. The app takes a little getting used to and any of the 'premium' features require a subscription. But the printer works great. Can print alot of labels on a single charge

Brilliant little thermal label printer. I have two thermal label printers, one which is larger and I use this for postage labels. I bought this one to use for product labels and 'thank you for your purchase' labels. It was a good price and was easy enough to set up. I like that it's bluetooth so you don't need to worry about it being physically connected by cables. There are a selection of templates that you can use and a variety of label sizes which are a good value. You can choose different barcode labels and it also has QR code choice as well. Would def recommend to any small business owner

sowohl die App als auch der Drucker sind hervorragend. Für mich als Schriftenfetischist sollte die Auflösung statt 200 vielleicht 300 dpi sein. Der Drucker druckt sauber und schnell. Die Handhabung und der Wechsel der Etiketten rollen geht einfach und schnell von statten. Der Akku hält sehr lang. Die Software arbeitet gut und präzise, hält sich aber an keine modernen Layout Standards in denen man dort, wo die Schrift ist, auch die Wörter editieren kann. Aber das scheint bei allen Druckern so zu sein, weil die Firma, die diese Software macht immer das gleiche Konzept anwendet. Der Drucker erkennt selbst wo die Etiketten anfangen und justiert Diese vor dem Druck. er kam bei mir mit allen Etiketten egal von welchem Hersteller zurecht.

I love my label machine so much. I don't know how I existed before without it. The app is great and has lots of free fonts to choose from. It's easy to use. I like the M250 model because it fits wider labels than the M100. I have both machines and use them for different coloured paper so I don't have to keep switching the paper.
