I’ve been using this cervical traction device for a week now, just 10 minutes a day, and I’ve already noticed a huge improvement! My neck feels less tense, and I have better mobility and no pain. I also love using this time to slow down and meditate - it’s become part of my daily self-care routine. The little “bumps” provide a pressure acupuncture effect that helps release tension even more. Was recommended from a Chiropractor. I use the neck cloud every time I have neck pain and helps to decrease the pain. When I have headaches due to neck tension is when this tool is more helpful. Good foam consistency!

Teleworking with a laptop for the last 3 years has been ruining my neck! My sore neck has been making my massage therapist really work out all my knots. I thought I’d give this a try. Can’t tell yet if it’s working but my neck does feel better after I’ve used it. I might buy one more to leave at work so I can use it on the days I’m working from the office & I won’t have to schlep this one to & from work. I did have to air it out due to the rubber smell but the smell disappeared after a few days and I was able to use it. Now that it’s summer I place a washcloth on it so I’m not sweaty laying on it.

Uncomfortable after a short time. Maybe just me.

One of my friends had this product and raved about how it helped her “neck hump.” I have back, neck, and shoulder issues so I was curious to try it as well and I’m so glad I did! After working my way up to laying on this thing for 10 min, I do find that it provides me with relief that normal stretching does not. It’s a great tool to have if you can find the extra time to use it.

I'm sure this device is fine if you do not have neck issues but I got this before I knew I had herniated discs in my neck and it caused swelling after I used once for a couple of minutes and didn't have a reaction, the next time I used it for ten minutes and the next day I was having big issues in my neck. (I did not know that with herniated discs you are not supposed to bend your neck backwards especially like that! ) I have been in real pain for 20 days now, brutal shooting pain all the way to shoulder. Didn't know till I got the MRI. Its been brutal, so if you have disc issues in your neck or neck injury, do NOT use this till you ask your orthopedist or chiropractor.

Rock hard and painful. The bumps and ridges mash into my neck very uncomfortably and the height is at least an inch too high to fit the curvature of my neck properly. A softer, smaller size would be a huge improvement. This thing is an oversized bumpy river rock. Very disappointed.
