Mueller Stickum Spray Grip Enhancer

I use Stickum for poledancing. I find it FAR superior to other grips on the market. I don't have sweaty hands, so the chalk based products don't help me at all. This is great, even in sweat and on spin-pole the grip is good without being too tacky to perform moves. You'll end up sticking to just about anything though so give yourself a good scrub after use. You also might find you bruise more with increased contact with the pole, but it shows the stuff is working.

I bought this to see if it would be any good at pole class... Well of can say that it worked really well on my hands. It lasted me the whole lesson on my hands. It was fab.However, it didn't help my feet grip at all. To remove it I rubbed neat washing up liquid all over my hands and then added water to rinse it off.

I like the fact it's very sticky, certainly not what I'm used to. I'll just have to keep using it now and then to really get a feel for it. I mainly use it for my hands as I don't know how easy it is for the back of my knees yet!

Use for Pole Fitness class - light spraying on backs of knees helps in certain holds and also on hands. Make sure wash off and moisturise afterwards.

Bought as an experiment to try to make my kickboxer boyfriend's feet more sticky during fights. It certainly worked but was extremely difficult to remove from the soles of the feet after use.

Stickum works for the gym extremely well. Lasts long enough for an hour session but doesn't stay on so long that your hands stick to the steering wheel of your car.

Easy to use, only needed to spray a small amount to improve grip can be used only main areas of the body for poling. Slightly hard to clear off excess off pole but really does the job.

I find it really good for a temporary grip when needed, probably better for hands than other things like bottom of shoes but it does work very well for general use! I used it with my shoes on hardwood floor and it was very effective, easy and quick to apply when needed and it's size is decent for the price. Do recommend.

Muy bueno, se seca rápido, agarra bien y no mancha las telas. Aunque venden un producto especial para eliminarlo de las manos, realmente no hace falta: con un poco de jabón tipo Mistol o Fairy y agua se quita sin problema.

Think it sticks well for my use Plantar Fascittis (dancer pads). Use the same ones for a week. Stickiness washes off hands easily and doesn't move once placed!
