Best ever for dry eyes. Also helps with skin, hair and muscle. Will continue to use! No fishy taste!!!!

I dont know how good they are yet but the outside are really hard. I put the oil on my dogs food but poking them is a bit hard to get the pin in to squeeze iut the oil. Bargain though

I really like this omega, it does not give me heart burn like some of the others.
