Works out of the box with no drivers for Windows 11 Pro. no issues with connectivity, heat, and speed. Used with both usb 4 (Thunderbolt 4) port on laptop and USB 3.2 type C on a Dell docking station. Would highly recommend.

Buena conectividad

These are working great. I got a few of them for my computers so that I could take full advantage of my 2.5Gbps speeds. All 3 are working as expected and I'll update later on their durability if I have issues.

Good quality but it does not work for me

It really is 2.5G, if you have the correct equipment. It won't work with some of my equipment though S24 Ultra - detects dongle, will not connect S8+ Galaxy Tab - detects dongle and works at gigabit like speeds. 700MBps Old laptop with USB 2.0 - Also works at GBE. High end desktop with USB 3.2 - Works exactly as advertised. I was able to hit near 2.5Gbps on Open Speed Test.

DOA. Tried on an android tablet, phone, 3 different windows computers running windows 11 24h2. Noteworthy i have other usb-c adapters that have no issues. I just needed another one for a dual homed system. I even tried pulling down drivers (uses realtek under the hood). I could only get a self-assigned IP address. As soon as I swapped to a different device, it worked immediately. I'd avoid, even though perhaps I got a bad one. Another noteworthy item is it refused to show my connection at 2.5, only 1, which is why i tried to update drivers. That said its 2025, in most cases things work plug and play for stuff like this.

I was surprised to find that my new “slim” Lenovo IdeaPad laptop did not have an Ethernet input. Most of the time I use my laptop while sitting at a desk and prefer to use Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi—it’s simply more robust and faster. This adaptor provided a simple solution at a fair price. I simply plugged in the Ethernet cable and then plugged the adaptor into my computer followed by a few Windows’ “chirps” and voila I was connected to the Ethernet. No fuss, no muss! The adaptor looks nice with its silver aluminum case and well made with a braided cable extending to a silver USB C connector. It’s smaller than I thought, so it’s all good on the desktop.

Seems to work well. Getting excellent data rates in iperf tests and real world use. Plug and play. Holding up well after months of use. Only downside is I wasn't able to use a USB C to A converter with this, so it has to use a valuable thunderbolt port

Der Adapter erfüllt seinen Zweck hervorragend. Der Körper sieht hochwertig aus und verkratzt nicht. Das Kabel ist gewoben, weshalb das Kabel langlebig und ein Kabelbruch unwahrscheinlich ist. Die zwei LED zeigen den Status der Ethernet-Verbindung an. Das Verbinden mit dem LAN-Kabel ist sehr einfach, quasi Plug&Play: Einstecken und direkt steht die Verbindung. Der Adapter sorgt für eine konstante unterbrechungsfreie Verbindung mit dem Internet. Ich habe den Adapter sowohl an meinem PC (Dell XPS 13) als auch an meinem Smartphone (OnePlus 7 Pro) getestet und beides hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Für den Preis kann man hier nichts falsch machen! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

L'esigenza era aggiungere una porta ethernet al mio notebook che ne è sprovvisto, sfruttando la porta USB-C. Questo hub è perfetto: costruito con ottimi materiali (alluminio), cavo "intrecciato" resistente ma anche flessibile il giusto, connettore usb-c in oro. I miglioramenti sono lievi ma il cablato mi garantisce di evitare le fluttuazioni della wifi (ahimé ho tanti dispositivi domotici) e in questo periodo di smart working è fondamentale la stabilità della rete per le videocall. Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro ad un prezzo contenuto.
