Really Great Product!
Worked for GNC once upon a time and was always proud and had confidence in the quality of their products. The Active Multi is one that I've taken before and always felt a noticeable difference with regards to energy (always a challenge for me). The bottle says to take two caplets daily, I'm 5'3 and only take one, just my own judgement call. Seems like the pills are flavor coated so they don't immediately taste like vitamins. They go down easily and as long as I take them with food, don't upset my stomach. Over all a really great product that I've taken for years and will continue to until whatever changes.

Favorite multi
My favorite multi vitamins. I have extremely bad gi issues and these do not cause me any stomach upset, I do take it with food. It is a large pill but I do not mind. Easy to swallow in my opinion. I have had better energy, clearer mind, overall just feeling better than before. Of course it’s not a miracle drug but any small amount of positive change that I see in my health is definitely a plus. I definitely recommend these.
