This is really helpful, a reprieve from pain immediately! You adjust the pressure in the exact location you need. I am happy with the durability of this product, strong and pieces are precise with no uneven edges once put together. Owner's manual has highly visual photos and an actual readable guide for every use. I am glad I purchased this.

What a great massage stick! It's sturdy to not flex when I'm trying to reach various knots in my neck, shoulder, and back. Gone are they days of trying to be a contortionist to try and release a knot in my back. With this massage stick I can not only reach them, but apply adequate pressure to them to massage out the knots and get things feeling much better! It came with some instructions which I looked at briefly, but the stick is fairly intuitive to use. Just put the knob on your knot, apply some pressure to it and hold until the knot releases. No more dealing with upper shoulder and back pain due to random tightness in those areas. I can now massage them out now which leaves me feeling better almost immediately and without having to wait days for them to disappear on their own.

I debated about buying this for a while and then decided to purchase it. I am not regretting my decision! This handy tool lets you reach any spot on your body and really digs into those trigger points if you want it to. You decide how much pressure to use to get those nasty buggers out. Right now I'm thinkin' there will be less trips to physical therapy. Yay! I like the choice of colors and this item definitely seems very durable.

I buy a LOT of stuff from Amazon, including a lot of physical therapy tools. This is the best Amazon purchase on the last year, hands down. I suffer from "tech neck," or upper cross syndrome, whichever you want to call it, and cervical radiculopathy. It is so hard to find a tool or massage device that can target the upper trapezius and neck muscles without putting yourself in a compromising position that ultimately will not help with the symptoms, but this stick does the trick. I have tried the Thera cane which was highly disappointing. The extra length and bigger size of this Ranarose massager makes all the difference. There is no muscle group out of reach, and the well-posittioned handles allow you to use leverage effectively and apply the proper directional pressure that maintains good posture. If you know what you're doing, this tool is as effective as the manual therapy component of physical therapy.

Actually amazing. Hubby got it for Mother’s Day as I was always complaining about my back shoulder blade muscle. Was able to target the main issue spot right on my back in a comfortable low effort/non awkward way. The thing looks crazy but it works great. I had a pain/knot in my shoulder blade for 6+ months…paid for professional messages etc..with no results. But using this thing I finally think I can finally say it’s gone. My friends/family have enjoyed it too. Totally worth a try.

this is an amazing product. i have mid back pain just left to the spine and i was able to press those points with it. when i would turn my neck right or left it would hurt a lot. i do stretches everyday but this thing opened up the knots it seemed. better than the accupuncturist i have been seeing. now i can move my neck more to the left or right plus i do find a big difference after using it for just 30 minutes. will be using it all the time and it can be assembled in 2 pieces so will take it with me when i travel.

Plastic is quite solid and easy to put together. I was concerned with reviews that say this thing breaks, but unless you abusing this thing, hard for it to snap. The diagrams are not the easiest to follow. You have to just play around with the tool yourself to relieve your pressure points. Doesn't take up a lot of space in a suitcase if you want to travel with it

Worth its weight in gold if you know how to use it
