It's a good product, but lacks the actual flavor of the fat from actually cooking a duck. That said, it's very good for cooking potatoes for breakfast, vegetables, and other pan fried foods.

Great Quality and Price
I have switched from using highly inflammatory seed oils to using animal based fats for sauteing. This duck fat has a high flash point and adds a great depth of flavor to foods. The price is perfect and this company ships quickly. A+++

Check the weight
This was not my favorite duck fat, but it did the job. Tasted good, smelled fine, perfect seal, and definitely duck fat, although it weighed less than what it said it weighed. Price was okay.
