Amazing cycle. I use it to go to work. It has got a good enough range for me to go to and fro. The battery lasts me for 3 days of just office travel.

Amazing product! Also battery charges fast. Colour looks exactly like image. I Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an electric cycle.

I bought the Emotorad T Rex Pro on 15/06/2025 from Amazon, inspired by my idol MS Dhoni, who rides the same model. I was very excited to ride it, but sadly, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After receiving the product on 21/06/2025, problems started from the first day: Day 1: Both wheels were wobbling. Day 2: Front suspension stopped working. Day 4: The power motor stopped working completely. I tried contacting the customer service multiple times, but got no response. When someone finally called me, they gave me a dealer’s number. The dealer is located 100 km away from my home, and when I called him, he asked for a huge amount of money just for repairs – even though the cycle was under warranty and defective from the beginning. I don’t understand why I should pay for fixing a defective product. The company should either repair it for free or take it back and refund my money. I had high hopes from Emotorad, but I feel cheated and frustrated. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. Not expected from a reputed brand. I do not recommend this product at all. 😞

Nice cycle but not having tube less tyre therefore already get pumpcher 3 times at arley morning and not getting the feeling to to raid anymore

Just go for it if you want a feature rich urban commuter be the integrated headlights horn control gear shifters from shimano adjustable front shocks. It just checks off everything you will ever need on an e bike. Plus you get service of emotorad bikes on tier 1 cities. It has taken me close to 65km on one full charge.

Don't get scammed buying this product. NO INSTALLTION SUPPORT. FRONT DISC RUBBING IN BRAKE SEEMS BEND. HANDLE BAR WONT FIX PROPERLY. WHILE CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ONLY DO VIDEO CALL AND TELL TAT MUCH ONLY PRODUCT WILL WORK. FOR BRAND NEW CYCLE I NEED TO RAISE INCIDENT FOR THESE ISSUE . DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE INSTEAD GO FOR OTHER EBIKES
