Not my Flavor Profile
The original flavor was not for me, but I'd be willing to try the other flavors. I think it was the syrup that I didn't like as it sort of tastes like a poor quality molasses that's been watered down and has a funky after taste. It's not really sweet or sugary tasting; burnt sugar flavor maybe. The toasted soybean powder is okay and has a light nuttiness to it. I will try another pack using Pancake/Maple Syrup instead w/the provided powder packet, as that might be more my flavor preference, plus I don't want to waste 2 packs. The candy part is soft, jiggly, has a slight pull/stretch, & holds it's shape well; it's sort of like finger Jello in consistency. It has an unpleasant smell that I cannot describe (burnt yucca maybe) & the package was hard to open (the topping packs opened easily). Will not re-purchase, at least not in this flavor, and wish you could buy single packs instead of them only coming in a pack of 3.

Terrible!
The flavor and texture was off and was almost expired. I can get really great Mochi in Japanyown so this is my last time ordering this. Actually every single time I buy food from Amazon it is dented expired or terrible in some way. Buy some at the store locally or just make your own.

Here are the instructions on how to make it
I tried the caramel yellow packet. I love Japanese food and wanted to find a healthy low-fat dessert. I put a picture of it in my Grok app for the instructions. 1. Cut up the jelly konjac with the included knife into bite sized pieces (it did have a sea smell which was slightly off-putting) 2. Sprinkle it with the powder to coat. The powder smelled like sweet graham crackers. 3. Pour the sauce over it. It was actually a perfect dessert because it wasn't heavy, yet it was satisfying. I did not taste anything like ocean or fishy. It was sweet and delicious. Looking forward to trying the other flavors!

A gelatinous blob with artificial sweetener.
Because I love konjac noodles, I thought I would also love this. However, this is a big gelatinous blob that I could not enjoy. Even with the seasoning packets, this wasn't appealing. I also didn't like the artificial sweetener in it.

Disappointing snack.
I had no idea what these were but they looked good in the description so I decided to try them. However, I did not like the texture and the taste was bland.
