What if there are gaps around the leg holes or it doesn’t completely cover my back-side?

Gaps around the leg holes and underwear that cut up too far on your back-side often indicate that you are in a size too big. Additionally, if the product is too tight around the waist or legs or causing irritation in those areas, try sizing up.

Are the underwear scented?

Amazon Basics protective underwear are not scented but do have an odor control system that helps prevent odors from forming.

How do I put the underwear on?

Position the underwear with the printed label at the back. Pull the product on like regular underwear.

How often do I need to change my underwear?

It is best to change the underwear if it feels heavy or wet, depending on how much you have voided. Many people report using two underwear per day.

Can these be used for overnight use?

These can be used for overnight protection, depending on how much you typically void. If you find that these do not last all night, you may want to consider trying our Amazon Basics Unisex Overnight Protective Underwear.
