Although this is a great preventative balm, this is not for severe diaper rash. It's great for sensitive skin and dry skin. It's a great balm to protect the skin barrier but doesn't have the strength to repair the skin barrier. I use this as an everyday moisturizer for myself, and it doesn't leave a white film.

I have had this a few days now. I bought it to use as a moisture barrier against jock itch fungus. Anyone who has had this problem understands how difficult it is to control moisture and keep the medication applied to the skin beneath your underwear. I can confidently say that I have been drier and more comfortable since the first time I used this. I do believe that it will significantly aid my battle against a very tenacious enemy.
